Foreman – Landscape Construction

Job Summary

Lanoha Nurseries is hiring Landscape Construction Foremen to lead residential and commercial landscape installation crews and deliver high-quality outdoor construction work.

Project Details

The role supports residential and commercial landscape installation projects, including planting, hardscape construction, and related site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews, train team members, and validate assigned skills.
• Perform landscaping and hardscape installation using proper construction techniques.
• Transport crews, tools, and equipment to job sites and safely load and unload materials.
• Operate equipment such as skid steer loaders, sod cutters, and roto-tillers.
• Maintain records, address installation issues, and uphold customer service and quality standards.
• Drive pickup trucks with trailers and commercial straight trucks.

Required Experience

• Landscape construction and hardscape installation experience.
• Knowledge of plant materials and landscaping is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; Commercial Class A or B is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work with urgency.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
