Project Details

Mass. Electric Construction performs technically demanding electrical work for industrial projects nationwide, including assignments in locations such as Irvine, San Jose, Seattle, Chicago, Columbus, and Honolulu. Multiple relocations may be required as project needs change.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small- to medium-sized electrical construction projects and direct crews of approximately 20 to 50 craft employees.
• Inspect daily work for safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining company standards.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, deliveries, customer meetings, and owner or general contractor communications.
• Develop and manage three-week, 90-day, manpower, and overall project schedules.
• Monitor job budgets and cost-control procedures, resolve field issues, and provide safety training.

Required Experience

• At least five years of experience as a General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Technical electrical experience with underground installation, instrumentation, conduit in hazardous locations, cable tray, and cable pulling systems.
• Experience supervising large craft crews; union labor management experience is valued.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, effective communication skills, and the ability to work safely across active construction sites.
• Willingness to travel and relocate nationwide, work overtime or weekends when needed, and work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $100,000-$150,000 per year. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, wellness, assistance, life and disability insurance, retirement plans with matching, and paid time off. Relocation assistance or per diem and paid trips home are available for nationwide assignments.
