Westfall Development is seeking a Superintendent for luxury multifamily construction in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations on a 300-unit apartment community
- Coordinate all trades from sitework through finish
- Maintain schedule and quality standards
- Interface with ownership and property management
Requirements:
- 7+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Wood-frame and podium construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Procore and scheduling software proficiency
