Pinnacle Construction Group is seeking a General Foreman to manage field operations on commercial ground-up projects in Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 3-5 trade foremen and 50+ field workers
- Drive daily production targets and quality standards
- Manage material deliveries and equipment logistics
- Report to superintendent on progress and issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years in commercial construction
- 3+ years as a general foreman or assistant superintendent
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with tilt-up, structural steel, or concrete
